Just a quick note to thank you and your team for the excellent job you did in helping us relocate.

The guys on Saturday morning were great and very helpful and on time. The crates work magnificently.

Thanks for getting the moved organised for us. Chris and the team were absolutely fantastic!!! They moved us so quickly, and they were very professional and accommodating. I have already recommended you guys to some people already!!!!

Just so you know the boys ended up doing the installation on Saturday. We had an installer come in this morning, but it was already done.

Also – what time will the crates be collected this afternoon?

Hi Aaron,

I just wanted to give you some feedback from last nights move and ask that you pass on to all involved last night. Including obviously yourself in the lead up.

Firstly thank you so much for all the preparation leading up to last night and the appropriate planning which meant we were able to finish ahead of schedule.

It was great to see all the required tools and equipment were onsite which meant the boys were able to get stuck into the work straight away.

Lastly and most importantly the crew were excellent last night. Everyone was very respectful, listened and offered great ideas and worked really well as a team. For some of them I know it was a long day but everyone hung in there and we were able to get the job done well, early and even cleaned up before we left site. The client is really happy with the result and has also asked me to pass on their thanks to everyone involved. Well done Business Relocation Services. A very big thank you all round. Thank you for organising the crate collection earlier this week. Please let me know when you’ll be in to pick up the remaining crates – I’m thinking next Friday 24 June (before our CEO returns from leave on Monday 27 June)? Once you let me know I’ll let all staff know to ensure all crates are emptied.

Thanks again to you and your team, Chris in particular, for the work on the relocation job. It was a big task and I know they had a tough time with the goods lift at the MLC end. Please pass on my thanks to the guys. I sure am glad it’s not this time last week.

Heidrick and Struggles were very happy with the relocation to Chifley Tower on Thursday. The project is almost complete with only the crate pick up required for Wednesday as part of the original scope of works.

The moves went really well. I would like to thank all the guys who helped us. They were punctual, polite, patient, helpful and communicated well. Chris in particular was an efficient and unflappable coordinator. We would not hesitate in using Business Relocation Services again for any Library move … but hopefully that won’t be too soon!

As we discussed we still have a few crates at NEW Tuggeranong – 89 of them! 48 we will need to keep longer term until the shelving is repaired. 41 of them are ready for pick up and have been stored. At this stage I have been told it may take at least a couple of weeks to fix the shelving.

Dear Aaron

Ian Moon has asked me to send you a short note, on behalf of the directors and staff of McConnel Smith & Johnson, to thank you and all your team for a very successful relocation of MSJ’s office from Surry Hills to Jones Bay Wharf. We were very pleased with how smoothly the move went on Friday and again yesterday, with the demolishing and disposal of the furniture and general items left in the office at Surry Hills, following the move.

Ian Moon particularly wanted me to thank Nicholas for his co-ordination of the move and a big thank you to Chris who worked so hard and with great care, on both days, to ensure the move was as successful as it was.

Nicholas, Chris and all the team of men working with them made MSJ’s move to Jones Bay Wharf much easier than we had anticipated. So thank you again.
